What is the Apple Ads MMP integration?
An Apple Ads MMP integration lets a mobile measurement partner read Apple's AdServices attribution token from the app, request the attribution payload from Apple and report which installs came from Apple Ads (formerly Apple Search Ads).

Which MMPs list Apple Ads?

What does the Apple Ads integration usually cover?
- MMPs access campaign data via the AdServices attribution API or AdAttributionKit
- MMPs create attribution tokens and request attribution payloads through AdServices
- Apple counts downloads within 30 days of a tap or 1 day of a view
- Apple counts App Store verified downloads; MMPs count first app open, causing discrepancies
From Apple Ads Help: mobile measurement providers, checked 2 Nov 2026.
Is Apple Ads a self-attributing network?
Yes. Apple Ads is treated as a self-attributing network in the MMP docs we read: the MMP sends it install and event data and Apple Ads replies with the installs it claims, instead of clicks running through the MMP's tracking link.
What to check before you launch
- The MMP's SDK collects the AdServices token on iOS 14.3 and later
- Whether Apple Ads cost data is imported through Apple's campaign management API
- How redownloads are treated, since Apple counts them as downloads
- AdAttributionKit support for newer iOS versions
If the numbers do not line up after launch, the chapter on iOS ATT and SKAN walks through the usual causes.
Questions
Which MMPs integrate with Apple Ads?
All 9 MMPs covered here list Apple Ads: Adjust, Airbridge, AppMetrica, AppsFlyer, Branch, Kochava, Linkrunner, Singular and Tenjin. Each row on this page links to the MMP's own setup page, checked 2 Nov 2026.
Why does Apple Ads report more downloads than my MMP?
Apple counts App Store verified downloads within 30 days of a tap or 1 day of a view, including redownloads, while an MMP usually counts the first app open. Apple's own help page lists this as a common cause of differences.
What is an MMP ad network integration?
It is the documented connection between a mobile measurement partner and an ad network: tracking links or API access for attribution, postbacks that send installs and events back to the network, and often cost data. Without it, the network cannot optimise on your in-app events and the MMP cannot credit the network.
What does Not listed mean on this site?
It means we could not find the network in the MMP's public partner directory or help docs when we checked. It does not mean the MMP cannot work with that network: many MMPs add partners on request, so ask the vendor in writing.
What is a self-attributing network?
A self-attributing network (SAN) such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok or Apple Ads does not use the MMP's click tracking links. The MMP sends it install and event data, and the network replies with whether it claims the install.
What is a postback?
A postback is a server-to-server message from the MMP to the ad network saying an install or in-app event happened and which click or campaign it belongs to. Networks use postbacks to report results and to optimise bidding.
